Rope is always a very useful item for almost everything, especially for field work or sailing at sea. But today it is widely used in the creation of decorations and DIY projects, especially in nautical or maritime furnishings, twine has become an essential element.

If you have a talent for DIY and like rustic decorations, this craft is very simple. For the shelves they used wood, which you can buy at any DIY store, or you can reuse it from an old unused pallet, they drilled them with string at the ends and finally aged them with white paint. . If you have some light bulbs at home that you no longer need, a nice and very decorative idea would be to cover them, wrap them with a thin rope and glue them with white glue. If you like maritime decor, this craft is very simple to make. It involves wrapping the rope around itself until the desired size of the coaster is formed. Then they painted an anchor with white paint to give it a sailor’s look.
Vinyl flooring, an easy way to redecorate your bathroom
For this craft you will need an old tire, fine wood to shape (plywood from an unnecessary cabinet or drawer is also valid), rope and white glue. The first thing will be to cut the wood with a circular saw to put it above and below the tire. We will hold it with screws or carpentry staples. Once ready, we begin to cover the pouf with the string, always from top to bottom and from the inside out.
Sisal for cats.
This scratching post is very simple to make and, from experience, very practical for us and for cats. With some wood, one vertical which will be the thick one (you can use the leg of an old table) and the other horizontal for its base. And as you can see, it doesn’t really have a mystery, it’s a matter of covering it with rope and gluing it with white glue.
Divider.
This is only for the brave and skilled DIYers. This project is spectacular. It involves forming a room or divider with ropes and wooden slats, which allows the passage of light and optimizes space. Suspended chest of drawers made with ropes.
A cheap locker room where I am, right? This craft requires a little effort. We will need a bar, regardless of this material, as long as it is solid. Then we will wrap the rope and glue it with glue. To decorate it, they painted the rope, you can use the spray paint itself. And the last thing left is to fix it to the ceiling with the help of special ceiling hooks, which you can find in any DIY or DIY store.
Hanging planters made with twine.
If you have plants and want to give a different touch to your home, this is a good way. For this craft they used aquariums and ropes. You can adjust the height you like and add plants inside. Something very original and rarely seen. Wall clock made with cord.
